Our Leaders

Jeff Parker

Jeff Parker brings decades of hands-on construction experience to our team. He began his career in 1994 as a rough and trim carpenter, gaining invaluable first-hand knowledge of the home building process. A graduate of Central Michigan University, Jeff honed his skills in custom home building while working alongside his father-in-law.

In 2009, Jeff and his family relocated to Hilton Head Island, where he continued to excel in both commercial and residential construction projects. His deep understanding of construction from the ground up ensures that every project he undertakes is built with precision and care. Jeff’s commitment to quality and his extensive experience make him an integral part of our team, capable of bringing any architectural vision to life.

Michael Kronimus

Michael Kronimus is a distinguished architect and designer with a wealth of experience and a passion for innovative design. A proud graduate of the New York Institute of Technology, Michael holds NCARB certification and is licensed in more than a dozen states. His extensive and diverse portfolio spans commercial, residential, historic preservation, institutional, and hospitality projects.

Michael’s creativity and expertise have earned him national recognition, particularly for his eclectic cinema and theme designs. He has collaborated with industry giants such as Hoyts Cinemas, Disney, and Toll Brothers. As the lead designer for many large commercial projects, Michael excels in coordinating teams and driving new projects to success. In recent years, he has focused on large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, showcasing his ability to transform complex visions into stunning realities.
